Blind Item: Name That Company

Jen:  We have a blind item from a trusted source: There is a newspaper company up for sale that is estimated to worth roughly $300 million. The Web site of said company represents about $72 million of that value and pulls in about 6% of revenue. Any ideas? Send us your guesses.
